Consulting Team
The senior consultants and associates of TEMN have all been closely involved with Jamaica's private and public sectors, and have been pivotal in the development of the country's environmental policy. Three have been past executive staff members of the Natural Resources Conservation Department (NRCD), precursor to the Natural Resources Conservation Authority (NRCA), the major Jamaican agency responsible for environmental management. The combined team brings more than 50 years of experience in working together on complex multi-disciplinary environmental studies of national significance and is committed to providing quality services by adhering to the principles of sound environmental management.

    ALLISON RICHARDS, BA, M.Sc.,

    PhD Candidate Allison Richards is a Geographer, Development and Environment Planner. She holds a Masters degree in Geography specialising in Environmental Planning and Sustainable Development; and a Bachelor degree (honours) in Geography. In addition, she has training in asbestos inspection and sampling and a wide knowledge of computer applications including geographic information systems (GIS). Ms. Richards brings to TEMN, 5 years of international and local consulting experience in Development Planning, Environmental Planning, Public Consultation, environmental planning and management, waste management and project management. Ms Richards has conducted a number of social impact assesemnt studies for TEM Network for projects of national significance including port development and expansion and petroleum refinery upgrade.
